Back when the Apple II History was first posted on the internet, it was text only — just like the original documents that I uploaded to GEnie, and those used by Apple II user groups in their newsletters. Video on the internet was not feasible back in the mid-1990s, and until computing power and video resolution became better, it was difficult even by the turn of the century.
With the advent of video-sharing sites like YouTube, and computers powerful enough to view the content uploaded there, video has matured significantly. And, more importantly, it has made it possible for people to start digitizing all kinds of old video to share with the world.
This section of the Apple II History museum will feature videos dealing with the Apple II and related subjects.
