The Black Apple II’s were used on the “S” series mail sorters.

The beige model looks like it has a //e backplate. Was this version still a ][+ like the black model or was this an updated version for the //e (or even a custom add-on modification?)

This one is attached to an Apple IIe. I’m not clear about how they attached, but it was apparently not difficult to attach it to either a IIe or II/II Plus.
